I like it just the way it is. We all need a little bit of fat as fat is really where the flavor is.
I like the fact that it has very little carbs...
I did like others.. non fat Greek yogurt, added mushrooms and onions, I used less cheese..this was good.. I'll add zucchini next time or butternut squash
Delicious, so have plenty of willpower to have only one portion! I also used low fat greek yogurt to lighten this recipe.
Was good but like other members suggested added extras-mushrooms, salt, lemon pepper. Will try more extras next time.
This is a good one. Husband and I both loved it. The sauce was thick and perfectly covered the chicken and wilted spinach. I saved some calories by substituting plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. I always do that in every recipe.
