Delicious, so have plenty of willpower to have only one portion! I also used low fat greek yogurt to lighten this recipe. Submitted by:

Was good but like other members suggested added extras-mushrooms, salt, lemon pepper. Will try more extras next time. Submitted by:

This is a good one. Husband and I both loved it. The sauce was thick and perfectly covered the chicken and wilted spinach. I saved some calories by substituting plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. I always do that in every recipe. Submitted by:

awfully high in the sodium Submitted by:

I used half the sour cream, and no chicken. With all the cheese it doesn't need more protein. And I used frozen spinach that I thawed and squeezed dry to prevent water logging the final product. It was creamy and yummy! Submitted by:

Make it full fat and it's low carb! And it tastes WAY better!

Used jack cheese, mozzarella has no taste.. Good brand of fat free sour cream, yogurt gives us the runs. Garlic and onions. Submitted by:

Made this yesterday, subbed the sour cream with fat free cottage cheese and added sautéed onions and mushrooms. Served it with a side of whole wheat penne, this was really good, will make this again. Submitted by:

Sounds good ... I like the idea of adding mushrooms (fresh) and onion. As a type II diabetic AND a heart patient, how can I reduce the sodium and unnecessary fats (chicken is necessary)??? I am learning all over again to cook differently. Sometimes I need help. I NEED help with this recipe. Submitted by:

I wasn't sure the mayo would bake well so I used no-fat greek yogurt in place of it and sour cream. Used Walmart brand 5 cheese Italian blend for cheese. Mixed in kale, sauteed it with spinach before adding. Sauteed chicken (season chicken! Sage/thyme/garlic&herb works) with bell pep and onions. A+! Submitted by:

This is one of the easiest and tastiest dishes I have ever made. I thawed a package of spinach and squeezed out the water. I used lite sour cream and reduced calorie mayo. I will make this often. Submitted by:
