Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used beef ramen and substituted sunflower seeds for the almonds, green onions for red, and splenda for sugar. Overall it turned out good.... but wondering if a different ramen flavor would turn out better.
I love the taste without the calories...I use the dressing as regular Italian dressing as well...thanks!
