Tried this recipe for the 1st time, would not recommend splenda. Plus I agree with some the other reviews, less salt...prob half of what they say. Also it's need something for flavor.....a spice!
thanks a lot! i am from malaysia,i use ur recipe and it turns out GREAT!! but in between i had add some water, coz the batter is to thick, anyway i am grateful to you! i love FATLESS recipe :)
Messed around with the recipe a bit. Added a cup of chopped pecans, 2 handfuls chocolate chips, 2 spoonfuls of sour cream and around a 1/4 cup brown sugar. instead of using 2 cups flour, I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 - 3/4 cup white flour. I didn't use any salt in it. Turned out fantastic!
Too much salt, suggest 1/2 teaspoon.
