Thanks so much!!! I was surfing the net for a lower carb version due to the oats and yours is perfect!!! I will make these this weekend and give you a rating.
what's the calorie difference if real sugar is used instead of splenda?
Thses are yummy variation of what I used to fix when I was using sugar. Used skim milk., 1 cup of the oats and 1/2 cup of "Bob's Red Hill" 5 grain cereal. Added about tblsp. flax meal. Used 1/8 cup natural pnut butter and 1/8 almond butter. 4 tblsp. cocoa. Used the butter. Wonderful!!
This is a great low calorie cookie! thank you! Perfect for a chocolate craving.
Yummy! Pretty sweet though...We don't like splenda so we used sugar (and I cut it back). Next time I will cut back on sugar even more... will definitely make again. I didn't have any milk so just used water, but I had everything else in my cupboards already so it may become a nice "standby"! :)
Love this low cal. low fat version!
These were great! I used natural peanut butter and next time I wil reduce the sugarby 1/4 cup becuase they are really sweet. The key to making these fabulous is to use a good cococa powder - I used Hershey's special dark and it was sooooo good. Next time I may mix it up by using almond butter!
