Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is one of my favorite dips and I've had so many people make it for me. It's been so good, making it for myself and entertaining others. I've mixed the blue cheese and ranch, even substituted cream cheese. It's bit salty however, rave reviews on this simple dish. Submitted by:

This looks amazing. I want to try it with regular fat (not lite or low fat) ingredients. Submitted by:

Try this with Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing made with yogurt. Very low in calories. Submitted by:

Much better tasting, and low carb! -- when you use full fat. THEN it's yummy! Submitted by:

I've had chicken buffalo dip baked in phyllo cups. Delicious and easier to control how much you eat with minimal calories added. Going to make this version to put in the phyllo cups! Submitted by:

I was very happy with this recipe. I only had reduced fat cream cheese and am anxious to try it with the mix suggested in this recipe.
**Tastes even better the next day**

Great stuff and I skipped the salad dressing and tossed in a few blue cheese crumbles...I also added a cup of no salt corn for a bit of crunch...Love this on a toasted slice of rye bread as a "welsh rarebit" variation...super breakfast! Submitted by:

I made this for a Super Bowl party. Everyone loved it! They couldn't believe it was lowfat. I had one person ask for the recipe and it's been requested for my husband's luncheon. Thanks for the recipe! Submitted by:

I use just 8oz of lowfat cream cheese and a 13oz can of chicken- it's meatier than with the extra cream cheese & cuts down on the cals. Love this- can bake it or put in the crockpot! I prefer ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese- but might add bleu cheese crumbles instead of cheddar next time! Submitted by:

Fantastic! I used 2 chicken breasts which I boiled then chopped. I also combined some lite blue cheese dressing with some lite ranch to get the 'best of both worlds'. I used 2 8oz blocks of neuchatel (store was out of fat-free). Out of this world! I served with carrots, celery & bluecorn chips. Submitted by:

I made this and my family loved it! My husband is not into "diet food" at all and he couldn't believe it was a low fat version. I will definitely make it again! Submitted by:
