This is delicious! Doesn't taste like low-fat! I used ranch. Submitted by:

Try this with Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing made with yogurt. Very low in calories. Submitted by:

Much better tasting, and low carb! -- when you use full fat. THEN it's yummy! Submitted by:

I've had chicken buffalo dip baked in phyllo cups. Delicious and easier to control how much you eat with minimal calories added. Going to make this version to put in the phyllo cups! Submitted by:

I was very happy with this recipe. I only had reduced fat cream cheese and am anxious to try it with the mix suggested in this recipe.
**Tastes even better the next day**

Great stuff and I skipped the salad dressing and tossed in a few blue cheese crumbles...I also added a cup of no salt corn for a bit of crunch...Love this on a toasted slice of rye bread as a "welsh rarebit" variation...super breakfast! Submitted by:

I made this for a Super Bowl party. Everyone loved it! They couldn't believe it was lowfat. I had one person ask for the recipe and it's been requested for my husband's luncheon. Thanks for the recipe! Submitted by:

I use just 8oz of lowfat cream cheese and a 13oz can of chicken- it's meatier than with the extra cream cheese & cuts down on the cals. Love this- can bake it or put in the crockpot! I prefer ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese- but might add bleu cheese crumbles instead of cheddar next time! Submitted by:

Fantastic! I used 2 chicken breasts which I boiled then chopped. I also combined some lite blue cheese dressing with some lite ranch to get the 'best of both worlds'. I used 2 8oz blocks of neuchatel (store was out of fat-free). Out of this world! I served with carrots, celery & bluecorn chips. Submitted by:

I made this and my family loved it! My husband is not into "diet food" at all and he couldn't believe it was a low fat version. I will definitely make it again! Submitted by:

This recipe's great! I made it for a friend's birthday party and everyone loved it. Like some others, I doubled the amount of chicken, boiled it and shredded it. Used low-fat Ranch and Ken's Wing Sauce instead of hot sauce. Served with chicken crackers. It was delish! Submitted by:

This was a HUGE hit at my playoff party last night! I added a can of green chilis at the advice of a friend who came early and tasted it and that did give it a little kick...I did not put in the salt or pepper and didn't miss it at all. Melted cream cheeses and ranch in oven then mixed in the rest. Submitted by:

Doubled the recipe and used 2 cans chicken with double the rest of the ingredients. Sooo tasty! I like it best with baked Tostitos. No one had a clue they were low fat. Submitted by:

This dip is absolutely amazing! Everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was healthy! I used fat-free everything--cream cheese, ranch, and cheddar--it was totally awesome! I will make this for everything now. Just what I was looking for--except I shouldn't eat half of it next time... Submitted by:

Oh My Goodness... this is SO delish! I put quite a bit more chicken in as everyone mentioned it needed more... but kept everything else the same - served it with fiber Wheat Thins, Chicken in a Biskit, & Thin Crisp Triscuits. It was a HUGE Hit with my Bunko Group! My hubby was happy to get a taste! Submitted by:
