Great stuff and I skipped the salad dressing and tossed in a few blue cheese crumbles...I also added a cup of no salt corn for a bit of crunch...Love this on a toasted slice of rye bread as a "welsh rarebit" variation...super breakfast! Submitted by:

I use just 8oz of lowfat cream cheese and a 13oz can of chicken- it's meatier than with the extra cream cheese & cuts down on the cals. Love this- can bake it or put in the crockpot! I prefer ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese- but might add bleu cheese crumbles instead of cheddar next time! Submitted by:

Fantastic! I used 2 chicken breasts which I boiled then chopped. I also combined some lite blue cheese dressing with some lite ranch to get the 'best of both worlds'.
