Thank you for posting a yummy recipe for real, healthy, pot roast. This doesn't even have added salt, yay! I do add low-sodium liquid smoke. I won't eat it away from home, since it's made from high fat cuts of meat. I buy healthy frozen versions occasionally, but I prefer home-cooked.
