Great but too much sodium for me.
Oh my goodness!!! This is so delicious. I had to use Neufchatel cream cheese (lower fat) because I cannot find fat free in the store anymore. It is just fantastic!!!! THANKS so much!!!
I threw all the ingredients except for the cream cheese in the crock pot on high while we were at church. Came home and it was perfect to blend, add the cream cheese, and serve to my hungry crew! Side note: We didn't have any apples, so skipped the apple, added 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and di
I added sweet potato rather than regular potato and as some previous reviewers, I also added Cumin. Also used low-fat chicken broth rather than water and bullion and I left some of the veggies chunky rather than blended smooth. Very good and comforting on a cold, windy day!
I don't like white potatoes so I used sweet. Also I used no sodium bullion to cut down the sodium. This was so good. I only made half to make sure I liked I liked it. I should of made the full recipe. 😊
Used reduced sodium chicken broth instead of bullion and water but other than that made it to the recipe and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to making it again and changing the spices up a bit.
