Nutrition & Calorie Comments

will stick with my black coffee... lots less calories.
Great recipe! I also use almond or coconut milk and a chocolate protein powder. So delicious.
I REALLY don't like Stevia (licorice aftertaste for me in any amount) but everything else looks GREAT! I plan to try this with Sucralose drops or Sukrin - will post rating afterwards. (I like Orgain Unsweetened Vanilla Flavored Organic Protein almond milk that has 80 cals. and 10g protein) Thanks!
I use unsweetened almond milk as well.. use sugar free caramel topping once in awhile..
I use coconut milk, real coffee, chocolate flavored protein powder, and some times a banana for flavor and sweetness. No sugar added
I love this recipe I added French vanilla protein powder
I use fat free milk, those others aren't "milk" to me, and splenda instead of stevia because stevia isn't good for you. The whey powder is blah....ruins it.
I make something similar. Low fat milk, ice cubes, vanilla essence, frozen banana, choc flavoured protein powder, cocoa, possibly also instant coffee. Doesnt need further sweetener. Thick and sweet, tastes decadent, about 200 cals.
I am really happy I found this recipe. It really helped during a heat wave when I really couldn't bring myself to prepare a proper meal. Tasty and you can't beat the protein boost!
This is very yummy! I couldn't find unflavored whey protein powder, so I got chocolate flavored, then skipped the cocoa. I also skipped the ice. Also not sure where you found such low calorie protein powder - mine had 180 cals.
Great recipe, but I recommend doing what others have done and substituting Almond Milk for the Soy Milk to reduce calories and avoid the hormone issues that the estrogen in soy causes. Yummy!
30 cal almond milk cuts the calories further, and I like it better than soy milk. Three packets of Stevia? One would be plenty for me.
I love this recipe. I use unsweetened almond milk and add a little chocolate protein powder.

I also put black coffee in ice cube trays and use these instead of regular ice cubes.
I make this recipe with unsweetened almond milk instead of soy milk and then use 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup instead of the cocoa powder and flavored Stevia. So good and filling too. I love Starbucks Mocha LIght Frappuccino, but this a more nutritious and lower carb option.
I, personally, am a nofat latte fan, but I am anxious to make this for my cohorts who are frappucino fans. Healthy (and cheaper!)
Sounds ymmy if you are craving a sweet, and the nutrition factors are wonderful.
