This was very, very good, enjoyed it a lot. I shall make it often. I doctored mine a bit with cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, 2TB garlic, and 1TB Italian seasoning. I used fresh ground black pepper and Kosher salt and 1 tsp. smoked paprika
