Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was absolutely amazing! I had to modify it slightly - I only had two eggs, so I used those plus 1/3 cup of liquid egg whites. I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup no-calorie splenda and added 1 tsp of homemade pumpkin pie spice. Still moist and delicious and even lower calorie! (about 85)
My family and I really loved this recipe and it was within my calorie plan. Thank you!
