Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I came close to the calorie count. I used 1 lb. chicken (4 chicken breasts) and got 116 calories for 6 (2/3 cup) servings which was plenty on a long hoagie bun (which is NOT in the calories count. I agree with the others and would like to try BBQ sauce next time.
one way to make the sauce thicker is to pour the sauce and onions into a blender and process - the onions will thicken the sause without adding extra calories!
Very tasty!! My only issue was with the nutritional info, when I recalculated it, it came out to 187 calories....100 more calories than what is listed for this recipe. I didn't even put the brown sugar in. So, suggest you recalculate this one. Other than that, it was very good!! Thanks :)
I didn't use ketchup, diet coke, or brown sugar but it was still very good.
