I made this today and use old-fashioned oatmeal, replaced granulated sugar with organic coconut palm sugar (calories 16 of 1 tsp, sodium 3mg, total carbohydrates 4g, sugar 4g. Taste good. I did not have the egg white, use 2 large eggs and omitted cooking spray.
