Sounds great, but I will use Healthy Life bread to cut calories.
I also like to add tuna if I need to bump up the protein.
I love this salad!! I used a rosemary foccia instead of French bread and it mixed so well with the salad dressing. The bread was my favorite part. Also, not a big caper fan so I used kalamata olives for the salty/briney taste. Yum!!!
