Watch the sodium
Sodium levels are way too high for me, so I skipped the soup mix, added my own chili` ancho, cominos and chili powder.
Used the low sodium cream of chicken soup and also used a low sodium taco seasoning mix -- good!
Super Easy!! I used fat free everything and added black beans and various spices. Next time I am going to add a can of drained Rotel for sure. I love spicy stuff. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it will be made often at my house!
I made this with low-fat cream of chicken soup and light sour cream. It turned out great. My husband and kids really enjoyed it. Stuck it in a flour tortilla and threw a little pico de gallo and shredded cheddar on it. Yummy!
It was super easy to make, I used chicken thighs that I removed all fat from. It delicious, not too spicy for hubby who had 2nd helping. We served with brown wild grain rice.
