I love this dish, but need to point out that the sodium content is way off. 2 oz of turkey smoked sausage has over 500 mg of sodium and a serving of this recipe calls for closer to 4 oz of the turkey. It's delicious, but really high in sodium for those on sodium restricted diets like my husband.
