Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe was simple and great! I used low sodium black beans, and low sodium diced tomatoes with green chilies. So we were able to cut the sodium down a little bit more. We also served it over yellow rice. I just finished eating some leftovers for lunch!!!
