Wow! the sodium... I can't believe this made it on Sparkpeople.
I let everyone add their own soy sauce. Too salty for my system. BUT delicious recipe.

This sounds good, but the calorie count is actually higher due to the chicken breast being approximately 166 calories per 1/3 of the recipe, not 26 calories as stated in the breakdown for the recipe. I think it is worth trying though.
