Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How much is one serving?? I need a measurement to count calories!
I'd try this with Guinness. 12 oz of Guinness has 125 calories, so using even half of it would have about the same calories as the "light" beer used in the recipe (if you look at calories by ingredient, the beer in this recipe is 1 cal/serving and the recipe makes 60 servings) and would taste better
I used Neufchatel cheese instead and regular beer (all I had). Still lower calorie and very delish! Dipped pretzel sticks in it. I would make again, and I think if I brought for a carry in, noone would know it was a Spark recipe!
I used the fat free packet of ranch dressing. This is very good...I used it for a dip with pita chips for a book club meeting
