really good! i added more vanilla and for an extra treat, crushed up some reduced fat graham crackers. put them in the bottom of a pie dish..poured the warm cooked pudding over crackers and topped it with toasted sliced almonds, then let it set... loved it!
Thank you for posting this! I recently discovered the Almond Breeze unsweetened chocolate flavor at my local store, which I've been drinking as hot cocoa since it's only 45 calories a cup. I've also been craving non-dairy pudding, so now I don't have to guess at the recipe!
