Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My family thought "it needed something." The reason I made this is because of the low calorie. I think they missed the salt. Suggested that I salt the chicken before the breading. Also the portion of one breast was too big so only ate half a breast. Will do again but will try other recipes also.
Delicious I made a few changes I used whole wheat panko crumbs and dipped in nonfat milk also used ragu no sugar added tomato and basil sauce very good and easy to make
Loved it! I didn't use the egg sub. and used Fiber One for the crust. So easy too.
My family enjoyed this! I loved that it had way less fat than how I usually make it, yet did not really sacrifice on taste.
Awesome and quick! My husband even liked it and he doesn't like anything that is low fat. The kids even ate seconds which is unusual for them.
