Flavor was pretty good, if a little bit too "vinegar-y" -- I used cider vinegar, which is of course quite different from apple cider. Nutritional info is way off; did a recipe makeover to sub sugar-free preserves, and saw 4 oz of beef listed instead of 4 lbs; corrected calories per serving was 531!
