- 1/2 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium banana, quartered
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
Directions
Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Yumm! I used Simply Jif, fat free french vanilla yogurt, and light plain soy milk, I figured out the nutrition based on the specific brands I used and ended up with 30 more calories and 1.5 less grams of fat from what is listed. Next time I'll use reduced fat Jif so its even healthier. It was great - 7/1/08

I am sipping this right at this moment for breakfast. Figured I would try it b/c it's something different than my typical berry smoothies. It is different, but in a good way! It's pretty yummy! I cut all the ingredients in half to make 1 serving since it's just me, but I added a lot more ice. - 6/17/09

I loved it! I added a scoop of chocolate soy protein powder to the mix for an extra dose of protein and the added flavor. I have tried without the honey, and once without the yogurt...still delicious! I like to use Dannon light n' fit zero+ yogurt and 1/2 tbsp honey to make it a little healthier =) - 7/6/08
