Used 2 FROZEN b ananas (that I always keep in the freezer), passed on the honey .... don't need to have it that sweet .... passsed on the ice cubes because the bananas were frozen. Used 2% milk, organic peanut butter. YUMMY! A real pick-me-up summer beverage for the whole family. - 6/17/09

I skipped the honey and it was still plenty sweet enough — plus, it let me use up the half banana in the fridge. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing. - 2/2/09

Peanut Butter and Banana with a touch of honey is an old favorite of mine on bread, putting it all into a smoothie makes this one of the best smoothies I think I've ever had. Much recommended. - 1/6/10

I used 2% milk and omitted the honey. (0.2 calories less than the recipe.) It was good! I froze the second half and think it will be better that way. I also will try adding the protein powder next time. Thanks! - 3/24/09

Yumm! I used Simply Jif, fat free french vanilla yogurt, and light plain soy milk, I figured out the nutrition based on the specific brands I used and ended up with 30 more calories and 1.5 less grams of fat from what is listed. Next time I'll use reduced fat Jif so its even healthier. It was great - 7/1/08
