Simple, quick, and delicious! A little too spicy for my taste though. The next time I make it, I will only use half of the chili powder. - 10/3/09

This soup was great!!!! I made early and simmered it in a crock pot. My husband who usually doesn't like soups topped his with shredded cheese and sour cream and ate tortilla chips with it...a great dish for the entire family! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!! - 8/4/09

I love this recipe. It's become a go-to for me! It's the perfect blend of flavors for a chili type dish (in my opinion). - 4/11/11

    Very Good
Very Good and filling. I used hominy (found in ethnic food section) instead of one of the cans of corn.Same calories in large can. - 10/4/09
