you can use any veggies you can use any veggies

Ingredients

    Onions
    Garlic
    Potatoes
    carrots
    celery
    zucchini
    egg plant
    chicken broth
    tomatoes

    cook in that order

Directions

start onion, add garlic and potatoes simmer those and chop everything else add the broth and then the tomatoes let cook for 20 mins and serve. so yummy and so good for you this could work in a crock pot too.
