1/3 Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Part Skim Mozzarella
Directions
Serving Size: 1
Preheat oven to 350
Spray baking pan, or drizzle with olive oil.
Slice zucchini and place on pan.
Place a spoonful of marinara sauce onto each zucchini slice.
Put a pinch of mozzarella onto each zucchini.
Season with oregano or basil, etc.
Put zucchinis in oven for 25 minutes.
