Ingredients

    1 small banana
    8 oz. soy milk
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. of nutmeg

Directions

Slice banana and place in blender. Add the soy milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend this until smooth and creamy. Makes a lovely frothy breakfast smoothie with plenty of potassium!

    This was great. I was looking for a banana smoothie recipe for breakfast to add to my 2 nutri-grain waffles. I only had 2% milk and used a half a cup, a half a cup of fat free plain yogurt, and substituted brown sugar for the honey. Came out amazingly! - 4/8/08
