    1/2 C Fiber One Cereal
    1C of Frozen Mango or any other fruit you would like to use
    1C Light Yogurt

Directions

Layer in a parfait glass yogurt, cereal then fruit repeat layers till all ingredients are layered. Eat

    I make something similar with nonfat Greek yogurt, frozen tart cherries and wild blueberries, and Kashi 7 grain (or Grape Nuts). Yummy and keeps me satisfied for a long time. - 1/24/16
