  The directions should say to let it sit in refrigerator for a couple hours so the flavors will blend--and the red pepper flakes can infuse flavor to the whole bowl. - 7/14/12

  I lived in Argentina for over a year and this is an amazing sauce. Even just spread on wheat bread. In most major cities you can buy it in a jar instead of making it as well. - 7/14/12

  Wonderful stuff! We loved it! But, uh, five minutes to prepare? Took me much longer, more like 20 minutes at least, what with bumbling around, washing the cilantro and parsley and just getting things assembled. I'll make this again for sure! - 7/17/12

  Love myself some chimichurry! I have made it often but never added orange juice! that added an interesting depth to an already wonderful sauce! And I use this stuff on EVERYTHING! - 7/1/13

  Just tried this. Marinated a steak in it then put some on top to serve. Very different and a great change of pace. I left off the parsley as I am not a fan. Next time may add just a bit. I will definitely be using this more often - 9/1/12

  I love this sauce. first ate some back in late 60's when I was in Argentina. Fifteen years later while living in Miami, reintroduced to it. Have bee making it ever since . I make it without cilantro. That's the kind I am used to. Will try it with

  I used to make this sauce different but now I use Chef Meg's recipe. Too bad the vitamines and antioxidants aren't listed because I'm sure Chimichurri must be packed with them - 9/9/12
