Great recipe to use on a variety of proteins and even veggies too! I would suggest covering and putting it in the refrigerator a while before you use it to let the flavors blend completely.
this sauce is excellent! I am from Argentina and we eat it all the time, although you can change some ingredients it is excellent for the low calories!!! try it!!!!!
Why no sugar content???
This sounds good with lots of flavor & few carbs (which I am more concerned with). I am not a real hot spicy food type of person, so I'll try it with a little less red pepper at first. My hubby will want the original version, I'm sure! :-)
I used to make this sauce different but now I use Chef Meg's recipe. Too bad the vitamines and antioxidants aren't listed because I'm sure Chimichurri must be packed with them
