Introduction

These are so sinfully good you don't want to make these more than once or twice a year, but as Cinnabon had been a long standing tradition in our family we have to indulge in this luxury while overseas and nowhere near a Cinnabon. These were wonderful and it was my first time working with yeast. 10 minutes wasn't enough to bake mine, the center roll was still doughy. But they were delicious. - 1/1/14

Thanks Sherry.J for sharing your recipe. It gave me a recipe to work with to recreate a childhood memory of Grandma's cinnamon rolls. I'm sorry I never got her recipe, but I am real close with this one. - 5/12/13

I used to work at Cinnabon in high school, and this is as close to Cinnabon a get! Very tasty, and this is the EXACT process used to make them. Proofing the dough correctly is very important to the taste of the rolls. Check you oven settings, you may need to bake at a lower temp. Wonderful! - 1/7/12

We made this for breakfast and pre-made the dough last night. The only thing we changed was the frosting, since my fiance does not like cream cheese, but they turned out fantastic! - 12/11/11

    Very Good
These are really yummy, however, I think you need to lower the oven temperature and bake for longer because mine were already golden brown on the top and the bottom was still VERY doughy. I'm going to try again and hopefully that'll work. - 11/7/10

Floridahottie- It says in steps 9, 10, and 11 to spread the butter and cinnamon, roll it up, then cut.

I can't wait to make this.
