This is the next best thing to KFC's Coleslaw with a healthy twist. This is the next best thing to KFC's Coleslaw with a healthy twist.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    *Safflower Oil, oleic, 2 tbsp
    Cabbage, savoy, fresh, 4 cup, shredded
    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Hellmann's Real Whipped Tangy Dressing, 2 tbsp
    *Heinz Tarragon Vinegar, 2 serving
    *Fage Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 0.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Pulse Cabbage and Carrots in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix together the Dressing by adding Sugar, Hellmann's Whipped Spread, Yogurt, Oil, Onion Powder, Tarragon Vinegar (this is the secret ingredient the Col' uses) and whisk until smooth. Pour over cabbage and carrots and fold dressing in. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
