Introduction

I have a juicer and make my own fresh vegetable juice every week from whatever vegetables are on hand. I also add beet and squash juice to the mix every week. Ingredients

    .5 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cups Vegetable Juice Fresh Homemade Spinach, Apple, Carrot, Celery, Cuc, Cabbage (by RUSTYKINS)
    1 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain


Tips

I make my smoothie using a juicer for creating my own veggie juice and a blender for creating the smoothie.


Directions

Add blueberries, banana, vegetable juice together and blend.
I then add a cup of kefir to the mixture and blend again. The mixture is thick, and some people prefer to add orange juice to thin it down. I like mine thick!
