Continuing on our mission to make our favorite meals healthier and still taste great, we decided to make a "Greek" style wheat pizza. this pizza avg over. 300 calories per slice at pizza places, ours is alot less! and I believe just as good. Ingredients

    *dough, pizza, whole wheat (Fresh & Easy), 1 serving (remove)
    *Philly Cream Cheese, Fat Free (1serv=2Tbsp), 4 serving (remove)
    *Aldi Minced Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    *gargonzola cheese, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *75 reduced fat sharp cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    *Fat Free Feta Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *2% Mozzerella, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, .25 cup (remove)
    *Black Pearl's Large Black Olives (4 olives), 1.5 serving

Directions

Base:

1. take 4oz fat free cream cheese (1/2 pack), melt it until it is liquid and mix in the minced garlic.

pizza:

2. roll out and place pre-made whole wheat dough on 16" pan

3. spread philly cheese mixture over dough

4. add toppings: black olives, cheeses, tomato, and spinach

Bake: @ 400 for 16 mins

    This was very yummy! I added extra garlic (fresh) and will probably use less cheese next time. I also think it would be good with some fresh basil added in. It was hard to only eat 2 pieces (400 calories)! - 3/28/10

    Very Good
    I made this with pillsbury crust, used the entire package of cream cheese and used fresh spinach that I wilted. This was a hit at my house. I think next time I make it, I'm going to add some artichokes as well - 7/18/11
