Ingredients

    1 small head of cabbage ,shredded
    1 lg. sweet onion, sliced
    3 cloves of garlic,sliced
    2 tbs molasses or brown sugar
    1tbs whole black pepper
    2 bayleaf
    2 tsp paprika
    1tsp tarragon
    1tsp oregano
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water

Directions

heat fryingpan; add the cut onion,garlic and cabbage
drizzle over molasses stir and cook until cabbage is browned.Heat the chicken broth and water in a pot add blk.pepper ,bayleaf ,paprika,tarragon and oregano then add the vegetables and let cook for about one hour
serves 4
