Introduction

Store bought blue cheese dressings are too much on me. So I created my own. The plus is that I have more calories in my day as this is lower in calories than almost any other Blue cheese dressing I can find in a store. Store bought blue cheese dressings are too much on me. Ingredients

    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles
    1/2 TBSP garlic powder
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    5 Pimento Stuffed Green Olives

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and frappe it to death.

You can add extra blue cheese for a stronger taste.

I usually get 6 servings out it at about 2 TBSP each serving.
