    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Molasses, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)

    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)

    Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)

Directions

cream applesauce and sugar
beat in molasses and eggs
add milk and bran
add remaining ingridients, raisins if desired
place in greased muffin tin
bake at 400 for 18-20 mins
