Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cups or 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can 98% fat free Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup Minute Rice
    1/4 cup chopped raw onion
    1/3 heaping cup chopped raw celery
    3 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, softened
    7 TBSP Cheez Whiz, softened
    1 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish, sprayed with Pam Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes in preheated 350* oven. Makes 7 - 1 cup servings.
