Ingredients

    2.5 cups finely diced (or pureed) Strawberries
    1 cup Mashed Bananas
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup Nonfat Milk
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1.5 cups Oat Bran
    1.25 cups quick rolled oats
    1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 cups Brown Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine strawberries, bananas, applesauce, milk and vanilla. Set aside.

Combine all other (dry) ingredients and stir. Add wet ingredients and stir - do not over mix.

Put into greased muffin tins or bread pans (2). Cook 20-25 minutes for muffins and 35-45 minutes for breads. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick. It will come out clean when done.

Makes 16 muffins or 2 loaves of sweet bread.
