Introduction

Made this to curb my curry craving but keep it low carb. Made this to curb my curry craving but keep it low carb.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast
    Red Curry Sauce - 1 serving
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 bunch of Spinach
    1/2 cucumber
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Thinly slice Chicken breast.
Slice onion and mince garlic, saute in olive oil.
Add chicken breast and cook until ready.
Add one cup water and red curry sauce.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over spinach and cucumber.
Enjoy!
