Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Boboli Thin Crust Pizza Crust
    1 Pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese
    2 Tsp Onion Powder
    2 Tsp Garlic Powder
    Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

When cream cheese is soft mix in onion and garlic powder until blended. Spread cream cheese mixture over pizza crusts. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and about 15 turkey pepperonis to each pizza. Cook at 450 for about 20 mins or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly. Let cool a few mins before serving, cream cheese will be very hot!
Makes four servings of 2 slices each!

This recipe can be altered to suit personal tastes. My mother adds sun-dried tomatoes and onion. I like to add olives. Its all up to you!

    I made it last night and it is so good! And filling. Just wanted to add...if you don't want to use the Boboli pizza crust and want to make this more of a single person meal...use a whole wheat pita, it works just as well and only takes about 10 min. to cook. - 4/12/07

  • My hubby and I both enjoyed this. But he ended up dunking the pizza in pizza sauce - it did help b/c the pizza got a little dry. - 5/13/09
