Eggs, Knorr's Vegetable Soup mix, ready to bake pie crust, asparagus, spinach, heavy cream
Directions
Makes 2 quiches, 16 servings.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place pie crusts into pie pans.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, soup mix, and cream together thoroughly. Add asparagus and spinach, stir together with spoon. Divide egg mixture evenly between pie pans.
Put in oven and bake for one hour.
Test by inserting knife in center of quiche, should come out clean. If it doesn't cook a bit longer, until knife come out cleanly.
