Ingredients

    Raspberries, .25 cup (remove)
    Silk Organic Soy Milk, .5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Hershey's Natural Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp
    Vegan Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
    Hershey's Natural Cocoa Powder, 1 tbsp
    Golden Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Kraft Reduced Fat PB, 1 tbsp

Directions

Throw in a blender with a few ice cubes and watch it go!
