    Mini Penne, 6 oz
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 5 oz
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1/8 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1/8 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Black Olives, 5.75 oz can
    Basil, 1/2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced


Combine last 8 ingredients in bowl and let stand.
Cook Pasta
Add to bowl
Sprinkle with Feta
Makes 6 1-cup servings
