Ingredients

1 Ready Made Pie Crust
1+ pint of strawberries, halved
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
Directions
Pre-bake pie crust according to package.
Place strawberries in crust.
Put sugar, water, and cornstarch in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until clear and remove from heat.
Add gelatin to mixture and let it cool slightly.
Pour the sauce over the strawberries and toss it in the fridge. It takes about 3-4 hours to set.
