Introduction
A low sodium, tasteful home-made spaghetti sauce. This sauce freezes very well!Be sure to use tomato paste and diced tomatoes with no salt added. Ingredients

2.25 lb extra lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
10 cans (6oz) tomato paste (Great Value used in calc)
2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes (Great Value used in calc)
6 cups water
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain and rinse.
In crockpot, combine the meat and all other ingredients. Cook on high for 1 hours, then low for 3 hours.
Serve over pasta (not included in nutrition).
