Ingredients

    3 Half chicken breasts bonesless skinless
    I bottle Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse BBQ sauce
    1 package hamburger buns (small)

Directions

1) Night before having for dinner, put 3 chicken breasts in crockpot with kosher salt, pepper and half a can of chicken broth. Cook on high for 5 hours.

2) Remove chicken fom crockpot, let cool to room temperature for about an hour. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

3) Break chicken into smaller pieces and place in crockpot. Poor in BBQ sauce and cook on low 5-6 hours, stirring and shredding chicken about once an hour until all chicken is covered with bbq sauce.

4) Makes enough for 8 bbq chicken sandwiches.
