Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 4 oz
    Lime Juice, .125 cup
    mae ploy sweet chilli sauce, 4 tbsp
    Siracha chili sauce, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw, 4 slice, thin
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup sliced as thin as you can
    *Fresh Express Fancy field greens salad, 4 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole sliced as thin as you can
    Lungkow Bean Threads Saifun (Serv. = 1/4 package = 2 oz), .5 serving

Directions

Trim all fat from the steak, then slice steak and onion as thin as you can. Marinate in lime juice, siracha, and sweet chili sauce for at least 10 minutes.
Saute in a non stick pan with the garlic, cook the meat and onion on high heat quickly, then pour the marinate over to heat through.
Soak the bean threads in hot water until soft. Drain totally, toss in your strainer to get as much water as possible out.
Layer on a platter or in a bowl, Salad greens, cabbage, bean threads, tomatoes, and meat mixture on the very top with all the sauce as well.
Beware of the heat of this dish....it usually burns my lips, and makes my head sweat, but it tastes heavenly!
