Ingredients

    2 Tbsp of Fat Free Fruit Preserves or Spread
    2 Tbsp of water
    5 fresh strawberries
    1 Tbsp of sugar free pancake syrup

Directions

Chop up strawberries. Place in bowl and cover with water, microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until soft.
Drain excess water and mash up with fruit preseves. Add sugar free pancake syrup, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.

makes 1 1/2 cup serving, enough for 2 waffles or pancakes
