    20oz mild italian pork sausage,cut into chunks
    1 large onion, sliced into paddles
    1 large yellow pepper, sliced into strips
    1 medium red pepper, sliced into strips
    8oz can Hunts tomato sauce, unsalted


In a large skillet, brown the sausage until cooked, take them out of the pan and put aside. Add the onion, peppers and saute for 5 minutes, add the sausage and then add tomato sauce, about 1cup. Let cook for 40 minutes and serve on toasted hero rolls. This makes 4/ 1cup servings. Enjoy
