Ingredients

    1 stick of butter
    1 can of cream of chicken soup, (10.75 oz)
    2 cups sour cream, reduced fat (16 oz)
    2 cups grated chedder cheese
    1 bag Ore Ida Hash Browns southern style potatoes (32 oz)
    1/2 an onions chopped (optional)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    crushed chips ( about half of a 10.5 oz. bag)

Directions

Mix ingredients, place in GREASED 9x13 pan. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake 350° for 1 hr. makes roughy (6) 1 cup servings unless you really like them or you want them to go around!
